  4. Having a relationship that is recognized as being involved in providing funds, etc., or providing facilities to gangsters, etc.
  5. Those who are actively involved in management, or have a reprehensible relationship that with gang members

16. Other

  1. Japanese law shall apply to the relationship between the customer and the Company.
  2. In the event of a dispute between the customer and the Company, both parties shall endeavor in good faith to resolve the dispute, but in the event that litigation is unavoidable, the Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
