- Time of delivery
- Orders will be dispatched within one week of receipt of the order. If it takes longer to deliver, we will inform you in advance. In the unlikely event that the item you have ordered is not in stock, e.g. if several customers have ordered the same item at the same time, we will contact you within 3 days to inform you and discuss the timing of delivery.
- Returns and exchanges
